Warranty Coverage

At Firepit Elements, we are an authorized retailer of premium outdoor fire products. Warranty coverage is provided by the respective manufacturers and varies by brand and product type.

We do not manufacture these products, but we assist customers with warranty claims and coordinate directly with suppliers when needed.

All warranties apply to the original purchaser only and cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Fire by Design Warranty

Bowls: 2-Year Warranty
Fire Rings:
- 304 Stainless Steel: 3-Year Warranty
- 316 Stainless Steel: Lifetime Warranty
Burner Pans:
- 304 Stainless Steel: 5-Year Warranty
- Aluminum: Lifetime Warranty
Ignition Systems & Modules: 1–3 Years (depending on residential or commercial use)

Exclusions:
Does not cover misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

The Outdoor Plus Warranty

Burners: Lifetime Warranty
Electronics, Gas Valves & Pilot Assembly:
- Commercial: 6 Months
- Residential: 1 Year
Stainless Steel & Aluminum Components:
- Commercial: 1 Year
- Residential: Up to 5 Years

Exclusions:
Does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.

Fire Pit Art Warranty

Carbon Steel Fire Pits: 10-Year Structural Warranty
Stainless Steel Fire Pits: 100-Year Structural Warranty
Spark Guards:
- Frame: 10-Year Warranty
- Mesh Screen: 60-Day Warranty

Important:
Fire Pit Art products are designed to develop a natural iron oxide patina (rust finish) over time. This is a normal process and is not covered under warranty.

Exclusions:
Misuse, modifications, environmental damage (including saltwater exposure), and improper installation.

LuxCraft Warranty

Residential Use: Limited Lifetime Warranty
Commercial Use: 5-Year Limited Warranty

Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a defect is confirmed, the product may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Exclusions:

Normal wear and tear
Fading, scratches, or cosmetic damage
Environmental damage or extreme weather
Misuse or improper maintenance

Structural integrity issues under normal use

What Is Not Covered

Improper installation
Misuse or neglect
Unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear
Environmental damage (weather, salt exposure, etc.)
