1. Introduction

At Firepit Elements we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our customers.
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased from our website:

2. Shipping Destinations

Countries We Ship To:

  • United States

Note: We currently do not ship internationally.

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $99

    Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping to locations within the contiguous 48 states. We reserve the right to select the carrier and service level for standard shipping. Additional fees or special arrangements may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas.

No Hidden Fees:
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout — there are no hidden fees.

4. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Please note: many of our products are made-to-order and require additional production time before shipping (see Section 5 for details).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT are processed the same day
  • Orders after 2:00 PM PT are processed the next business day
  • Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next business day

5. Production Lead Time (Made-to-Order Products)

All fire pits from the following brands are made to order and require production time before shipping. Delivery times vary significantly by brand and product type.

  • Fire by Design: 30–65 business days (depending on the specific fire pit) 
  • The Outdoor Plus: 20–25 business days
  • Fire Pit Art: 10–15 business days
  • Ohio Flame: 5-16 business days (depending on the specific fire pit)

Important

Production lead time begins after your order has been processed and confirmed.

Shipping (transit) time is additional and depends on your location.

Total delivery time = processing/production time + shipping time (5–10 business days).


6. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Transit Time: 5–10 business days from when the item leaves our supplier’s warehouse to delivery at your location.

    Most smaller items or those weighing under 150 pounds are shipped using standard parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.), ensuring fast processing and reliable delivery across the U.S.

Notes:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or stock availability.

 

7. Freight Shipping 

Large or Heavy Items:
Items over 150 pounds or otherwise oversized items may ship via freight and include curbside delivery with liftgate service. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment, typically Monday through Friday. Please ensure you provide an accurate phone number at checkout.

Transit Time: 5–10 business days from when the item leaves our supplier’s warehouse to delivery at your location.

Delivery Timing:
The delivery date displayed on the carrier’s website reflects when the shipment is expected to arrive at the local terminal - not at your home or job site. Delivery appointments are scheduled by the carrier and may be delayed due to capacity or high shipping volumes.

Delivery Process:

  • Freight shipments require a signature. Inspect your item thoroughly before signing.

  • The driver will deliver curbside only - generally at the edge of your driveway or property. They will not enter your property or assist with moving the item.

  • If the item is damaged, either refuse delivery or clearly mark “damaged” on the delivery receipt.

  • If you accept a damaged item for a discount or replacement parts, note the damage on the receipt.

  • Report all damaged items to Solvrum Brands LLC within 24–48 hours of delivery, by emailing photos to support@firepitelements.com

Deliveries to Remote Locations:
Deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas may experience delays. In some cases, the carrier may request that you pick up the freight from a terminal or meet at a nearby, accessible location. If you live in a remote area, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm delivery options.

Liability: Solvrum Brands LLC is not responsible for damages not noted on the delivery receipt or for damage not reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with the carrier and supplier to resolve any shipping-related issues.


8. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking Number

  • Carrier Name

  • Link to Track Your Package

9. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and item.

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery to ensure eligibility for claims.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

10. Missing Items

If any items are missing:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and details of missing items.

We’ll investigate and either ship the missing items or issue a refund.

11. Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

    • Made-to-order and custom products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged. Please refer to product-specific return details.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    • If the return is our error, we cover return shipping.

  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days after the returned item is received.

12. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for mis delivered packages.

  • Returned packages can be reshipped (additional shipping charges may apply).
