Delivery & Warranty

Delivery & Warranty – Master Flame

Warranty Coverage

Master Flame products are proudly manufactured in the USA by Aspen Industries using durable materials designed for long-lasting outdoor performance.

Aspen Industries provides a 12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase. If a product is confirmed to be defective under normal use, we will work directly with the manufacturer to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with their warranty policy.

This warranty does not cover normal outdoor weathering, paint deterioration, surface oxidation, scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, modifications, accidents, or neglect is also excluded from warranty coverage.

Please note that exposed steel may naturally oxidize over time, particularly if the protective finish becomes scratched or worn. This is a normal characteristic of steel products used outdoors and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Production & Shipping

Many Master Flame products are manufactured to order to ensure the correct size and configuration for your fire pit.

Typical production time is 10–15 business days before shipment. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped from the United States using the most appropriate carrier based on the product's size and weight.

Smaller accessories generally ship via standard parcel services, while larger products, such as oversized fire pit screens, may be delivered by LTL freight carrier.

Shipping times after dispatch vary depending on your delivery location and the selected carrier.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery.

If your package arrives with visible shipping damage, we recommend documenting the damage with photographs before opening the package whenever possible.

For freight (LTL) deliveries, inspect the product before signing the delivery receipt. If significant damage is visible, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement and freight claim.

Providing photos of both the product and its packaging helps us resolve shipping claims as quickly as possible.

Returns

Because many Master Flame products are manufactured to order, returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or are confirmed to be defective.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will work directly with Aspen Industries to determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or another solution in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.
