The GlammFire Circus Bioethanol Fire Pit is available with two distinct bioethanol burner configurations, allowing you to choose between a traditional manual burner and a more advanced electronically controlled system.

Burner I — Manual Bioethanol Burner

Burner I is a traditional manual bioethanol burner with a 2-liter liquid bioethanol tank and 2.7 kW power output. Operation is fully manual, with no electronic controls or remote-control functionality. The burner is operated using a lighter and the supplied special key to turn the burner on and off.

Refilling is performed manually using a funnel and container to transfer liquid bioethanol into the burner.

This configuration is well suited to customers looking for a straightforward, manually operated bioethanol fire experience without electronic controls.

Crea7ion EVOPlus Fire Round — Electronic Bioethanol Burner

The Crea7ion EVOPlus Fire Round is GlammFire's more technologically advanced burner configuration. It features a 10-liter liquid bioethanol tank, 2–4 kW power output, and remote-control ignition.

The electronic system provides a more convenient operating experience, with remote control and an integrated display. It also features a local filling system designed to simplify refilling from the bioethanol container.

The system can be equipped with a home-automation connection, providing the possibility of integrating the fire feature into a compatible smart-home or building-control system.

The Fire Round also incorporates multiple safety-monitoring systems. These can monitor conditions such as vibration, overheating, leakage, and other potential irregularities. If the system detects an anomaly, it is designed to automatically shut down and display an error code to help identify the issue.

The Fire Round configuration includes a lithium battery and is supplied with a protection cover.

For outdoor installations in particularly humid environments, GlammFire advises caution with the Fire Round electronic burner, as excessive humidity may affect its electronic components. The supplied protection cover should be used when appropriate to help protect the burner from environmental exposure.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the contiguous United States.

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and may vary depending on product configuration and availability.

Larger GlammFire products are delivered via scheduled freight, with curbside delivery and liftgate service where applicable. For select products and destinations, enhanced delivery services, including room-of-choice or white-glove placement, may be available by arrangement.

Delivery arrangements vary depending on the product, size, and destination. Our team will coordinate the appropriate delivery service with you prior to shipment.

Warranty Coverage

GlammFire products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship and compliance with advertised specifications.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is subject to the applicable warranty terms in the country or state where the product is purchased.

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, GlammFire may repair the product or provide replacement parts in accordance with its warranty policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order and special-order nature of many GlammFire products, orders may only be modified or canceled within 24–48 hours of placing the order and before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.

Returns & Customer Protection

Made-to-order and specially configured products are generally not eligible for return once production has begun. Orders may only be canceled before production starts, normally within 48 hours of placing the order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with the applicable manufacturer warranty and our customer protection policies.

Freight Damage or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: support@firepitelements.com
  • Include clear photos or videos of the packaging and product
  • Provide your order number and details of the issue

If damage is visible at delivery, we recommend noting the damage with the carrier before accepting the shipment whenever possible and contacting us immediately.

Warranty Exclusions

The GlammFire warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Improper installation, assembly, or disassembly
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Improper maintenance or cleaning
  • Use outside the product's intended purpose
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or other external causes
  • Normal wear, glass, batteries, and other consumable components

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Email: support@firepitelements.com
  • Provide your order number and proof of purchase
  • Include photos or videos showing the issue
  • Provide the product serial number when applicable

Our team will review the claim and coordinate with GlammFire. If the claim is approved, the product will be repaired or replacement parts will be provided in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.

Safety

Safety

Bioethanol is a flammable fuel and must be handled and used responsibly. Always read and follow the GlammFire installation, operation, and safety instructions supplied with the selected burner system before use.

General Safety

  • Use only the bioethanol fuel specified or approved by GlammFire for the selected burner.
  • Never add bioethanol while the burner is lit or while the burner or fuel tank is still hot.
  • Allow the burner to cool completely before refilling.
  • Never leave a burning fire pit unattended.
  • Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the fire.
  • Keep flammable materials and objects away from the burner and flame.
  • Do not move the fire pit while the burner is operating or while the burner remains hot.
  • Use the fire pit only in accordance with its intended installation and operating requirements.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation and follow all applicable installation requirements for the location where the fire pit is installed.
  • If bioethanol is accidentally spilled, do not ignite the burner. Allow the spilled fuel to evaporate completely and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions before using the fire pit again.

Burner-Specific Safety

Burner I — Manual Bioethanol Burner

The Burner I is manually operated using the supplied special key and a suitable lighter. Because ignition and shut-off are performed manually, the burner should be monitored throughout operation. Refilling must only be performed after the flame has been completely extinguished and the burner has cooled.

Crea7ion EVOPlus Fire Round — Electronic Burner

The Crea7ion EVOPlus Fire Round incorporates electronic safety-monitoring systems designed to monitor conditions including vibration, overheating, leakage, and other irregularities. If an anomaly is detected, the system is designed to shut down automatically and display an error code.

The electronic burner includes a lithium battery and protection cover. For outdoor installations in particularly humid environments, GlammFire advises caution because excessive humidity may affect the electronic components.
