Each LuxCraft product is made from LuxCraft Poly, a premium high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material created from recycled post-industrial plastics such as milk and detergent bottles. The material is purified to over 99% HDPE and formed into solid board stock containing more than 90% recycled content by weight, making it both exceptionally durable and environmentally friendly.

Unlike traditional wood or composite materials, LuxCraft Poly is engineered to withstand harsh outdoor conditions without splintering, cracking, or warping.
