Warranty Coverage

Fire by Design products are manufactured using high-quality materials and are covered against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver your order to the nearest accessible location outside your property (such as your driveway or curb).

White glove delivery is not included but may be arranged separately if needed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has started, changes or cancellations is no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Customer Protection

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

CCC Series products are made-to-order and are not eligible for return once production has begun. Orders may only be canceled before production starts.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue with a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

The only difference is the type of ignition/control system used in your build.

OPTION 1: 24VAC (Standard Configuration)

Choose this option if you want a proven, traditional low-voltage control system.
