Supervision Required
Never leave a fire feature unattended while in operation. Keep children and pets at a safe distance.

Fuel & Connection Safety
Ensure gas connections are properly installed and inspected before use. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions when connecting propane tanks or natural gas lines.

Weather Conditions

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Orders are processed shortly after purchase to ensure timely production. Orders ship after the production process is completed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from the United States.

  • Transit time: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery method: Curbside delivery

Estimated total delivery time:

  • 35–45 business days (production + shipping)

Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver your order to the nearest accessible location outside your property (such as your driveway or curb).

White glove delivery is not included but may be arranged separately if needed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations is no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Customer Protection

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

PPP Series products are made-to-order and are not eligible for return once production has begun. Orders may only be canceled before production starts.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue with a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

Your Fire By Design fire feature is available in two low-voltage electronic control configurations. Both options are part of a complete, factory-designed system and are built for safe, reliable outdoor performance.

The only difference is the type of ignition/control system used in your build.

OPTION 1: 24VAC (Standard Configuration)

Choose this option if you want a proven, traditional low-voltage control system.
