Fire Pit Art products are handcrafted in the USA and designed for long-term outdoor durability.
The manufacturer provides warranty coverage to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same model or one of equal value.

Finish & Natural Patina
Fire Pit Art fire pits are designed to develop a natural iron oxide patina over time.
This natural weathering process is expected, enhances the product’s appearance, and is not considered a defect.
Production & Order Processing
Each fire pit is handcrafted after your order is placed using standard designs and high-quality materials.
- Lead time: 10–15 business days (production time)
Orders are processed shortly after purchase to ensure timely production. Orders ship after the production process is completed.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from the United States.
- Transit time: 5–10 business days
- Delivery method: Curbside delivery
Estimated total delivery time:
- 15–25 business days (production + shipping)
Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver your order to the nearest accessible location outside your property (such as your driveway or curb).
White glove delivery services are not included but may be arranged separately upon request.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request to cancel or modify your order before production begins (within 24–48 hours).
Once production has started, changes or cancellations is no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns & Customer Protection
These products are made-to-order and are not eligible for return once production has begun. Orders may only be canceled before production starts (within 48 hours).
However, your satisfaction is important to us:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue with a repair, replacement, or appropriate solution at no cost to you
- Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery

Freight Damage or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
If damage is visible at delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting us immediately.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or improper installation
- Modifications or tampering
- Accidents or negligence
- Exposure to saltwater environments
- Damage to surrounding structures or surfaces
