The Glammfire Stravaganza is a commanding, large-format outdoor gas fire pit designed to become the centerpiece of expansive patios, terraces, hospitality spaces, and premium outdoor entertaining areas. With its substantial 66.1-inch circular design and distinctive contemporary character, the Stravaganza creates an impressive visual focal point while providing powerful outdoor warmth.

The fire pit combines a durable steel or corten steel body with a premium AISI 316 stainless steel combustion zone and brushed stainless steel finish. It is available in lacquered steel, rusted corten steel, or varnished corten steel, giving you flexibility to create either a refined contemporary appearance or a more natural, weathered aesthetic.

The Stravaganza Gas option delivers between 5 and 20 kW of heat and is compatible with propane, butane, or natural gas. Remote-control ignition provides convenient operation, while optional accessories—including decorative stones, fuel compartment covers, high-temperature-resistant glass, LED lighting, and a striking golden-leaf interior—allow you to customize the fire pit to your outdoor space

Delivery & Warranty

Delivery & Warranty – GlammFire

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the contiguous United States. 

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and may vary depending on product configuration and availability.

Larger GlammFire products are delivered via scheduled freight, with curbside delivery and liftgate service where applicable. Delivery arrangements may vary depending on the size of the product and destination.

Warranty Coverage

GlammFire products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship and compliance with advertised specifications.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is subject to the applicable warranty terms in the country or state where the product is purchased.

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, GlammFire may repair the product or provide replacement parts in accordance with its warranty policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order and special-order nature of many GlammFire products, orders may only be modified or canceled within 24–48 hours of placing the order and before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.

Returns & Customer Protection

Made-to-order and specially configured products are generally not eligible for return once production has begun. Orders may only be canceled before production starts, normally within 48 hours of placing the order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with the applicable manufacturer warranty and our customer protection policies.

Freight Damage or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: support@firepitelements.com
  • Include clear photos or videos of the packaging and product
  • Provide your order number and details of the issue

If damage is visible at delivery, we recommend noting the damage with the carrier before accepting the shipment whenever possible and contacting us immediately.

Warranty Exclusions

The GlammFire warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Improper installation, assembly, or disassembly
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Improper maintenance or cleaning
  • Use outside the product's intended purpose
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or other external causes
  • Normal wear, glass, batteries, and other consumable components

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Email: support@firepitelements.com
  • Provide your order number and proof of purchase
  • Include photos or videos showing the issue
  • Provide the product serial number when applicable

Our team will review the claim and coordinate with GlammFire. If the claim is approved, the product will be repaired or replacement parts will be provided in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.

Professional installation by a licensed contractor is strongly recommended. Installation should comply with all local building codes and gas regulations.

Outdoor Use Only
This fire feature is designed for outdoor use only. Do not operate indoors or in enclosed spaces.

Safe Placement
Place the unit on a stable, level, non-combustible surface and maintain adequate clearance from structures and combustible materials.

Supervision Required
Never leave a fire feature unattended while in operation. Keep children and pets at a safe distance.

Fuel & Connection Safety
Ensure gas connections are properly installed and inspected before use. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions when connecting propane tanks or natural gas lines.

Weather Conditions
Do not operate during strong winds or severe weather. Allow the unit to cool completely before covering.

Installation Responsibility Disclaimer

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that installation and use comply with all applicable local building codes and gas regulations.

The retailer is not responsible for damages, injuries, or code violations resulting from improper installation, modification, or misuse of the product.
