Warranty Coverage

Ohio Flame products are handcrafted in the USA using heavy-gauge American steel and built for long-term outdoor durability.

The manufacturer provides a lifetime structural warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same model or one of equal value.

Warranty Details

Fire Pits

Not Covered

  • Natural patina (surface rust)
  • Screens, grates, paint, or finishes

Finish & Natural Patina

Ohio Flame fire pits feature a Natural Steel Finish, which will develop a natural iron oxide patina over time.

  • Color may vary initially (gray, silver, or darker tones)
  • The patina process is natural and expected
  • Each fire pit will develop a unique appearance

This process occurs at the surface level only and does not affect structural integrity.

Products are manufactured using high-quality American steel and standard production methods.

Damaged or Defective Items

Returns (Non-defective Items)

Returns may be accepted if:

  • Item is unused and resellable
  • Includes original packaging and materials

Conditions:
