The TOP Fires by The Outdoor Plus Maya Square 30x30-Inch Copper Gas Fire Bowl combines modern design with premium craftsmanship, making it a standout addition to any outdoor space. Its striking hammered copper finish develops a natural patina over time, creating a unique, one-of-a-kind appearance. Built with heavy-duty construction, this fire bowl is designed to withstand the elements while providing long-lasting performance.

Each unit comes complete with a burner system, fire bowl, fire plate, gas line, LP or NG orifice, mounting bracket, and lava rock. For a more customized look, fire glass is available as an upgrade.

Electronic Ignition
The Smart Weather Electronic Ignition System has been tested in rain, snow, and winds up to 55 mph to ensure reliable performance. It automatically reignites if extinguished by wind and can be integrated with pool controllers, remote controls, or home automation systems when wired by a licensed electrician. This CSA-certified system operates on 24VAC only (24V to 110V transformers available) and features a durable glow plug igniter built to endure the elements.

Match Light Ignition
The Match Light system offers a straightforward manual lighting solution, connecting directly to your existing gas source and valve.

Warranty Coverage

All The Outdoor Plus products are manufactured in the USA and covered against defects in materials and workmanship.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Periods

Electronics, Gas Valves & Pilot Assembly

  • Commercial Use: 6 Months
  • Residential Use: 1 Year

Stainless Steel & Aluminum Pans

  • Commercial Use: 1 Year
  • Residential Use: 5 Years

Burners

  • Lifetime Warranty

Electrodes & Spark Igniters

  • Considered wear-and-tear components and not covered under warranty

Production & Order Processing

All products are built-to-order using standard designs and high-quality materials.

  • Components: Production time is typically 7–21 business days
  • Complete Units: Production time is typically 20–25 business days

Orders are processed shortly after purchase to ensure timely production. Orders ship after the production process is completed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order before production begins (within 24–48 hours of placing your order).

Once production has started, changes or cancellations is no longer possible. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

All orders ship from Southern California.

Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver your order to the nearest accessible location outside your property (such as your driveway or curb).

White glove delivery services are not included but can be arranged separately upon request.

Returns & Customer Protection

These products are made-to-order and are not eligible for return once production has begun. Orders may only be canceled before production starts.

Ensure gas connections are properly installed and inspected before use. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions when connecting propane tanks or natural gas lines.

Weather Conditions
Do not operate during strong winds or severe weather. Allow the unit to cool completely before covering.
