The high-output burner delivers strong, consistent flames that enhance any patio, poolside, or outdoor entertainment space.

    Engineered to perform in rain, snow, and winds up to 55 mph. The unit is CSA-certified and operates on 12VAC only (optional transformers available). A durable glow-plug igniter ensures reliable operation in all weather conditions.

  • Match Light Ignition
    A simple, manual, and reliable ignition method that connects directly to your existing gas line and valve.

Warranty Coverage

All The Outdoor Plus products are manufactured in the USA and covered against defects in materials and workmanship.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Periods

Electronics, Gas Valves & Pilot Assembly

  • Commercial Use: 6 Months
  • Residential Use: 1 Year

Stainless Steel & Aluminum Pans

  • Commercial Use: 1 Year
  • Residential Use: 5 Years

Burners

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order before production begins (within 24–48 hours of placing your order).

Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver your order to the nearest accessible location outside your property (such as your driveway or curb).
