The Fire by Design Rectangle Drop-In Burner Pan & Linear Burner Kit is a complete gas burner system for custom linear rectangle fire pits, fire tables and fire features. It pairs a 16 gauge stainless steel drop-in burner pan with a 1" flange with a 316 stainless steel single linear burner and your choice of ignition system.
Available in 7 pan sizes from 24" x 6" to 96" x 6", with five ignition options, for natural gas or liquid propane.
Ignition Options
- 24V AWEIS – All Weather Electronic Ignition System with a field serviceable pilot burner. The 24V transformer is included.
- 30VDC AWEIS – All Weather Electronic Ignition System with a field serviceable pilot burner, 30VDC system. The 30VDC power supply is included.
- 120V AWEIS – All Weather Electronic Ignition System with a field serviceable pilot burner. The 120V adaptor is included.
- Battery Powered – Battery Powered Ignition System Kit with ignition control box and pilot burner, AA waterproof battery box and control panel with rocker switch and LED.
- Manual Light – Black key valve for manual lighting.
Product Features
- Complete Burner System – Burner pan, burner, ignition system and gas line(s) supplied together; exact components depend on the selected ignition.
- 316 Stainless Steel Burner – Single linear burner sized to each pan.
- 16 Gauge Stainless Steel Pan – With opening for a pilot burner. Drop-in pan with a 1" flange all the way around.
- Five Ignition Options – 24V, 30VDC and 120V AWEIS electronic ignition, battery powered ignition or manual light.
- Natural Gas or Propane – NG kits include an NG orifice; LP kits include an LP air mixer.

Important: Ventilation in the structure is required to prevent warping of the drop-in burner pan. If proper ventilation is not provided, the warranty will be void.
Installation must be performed by a qualified, locally licensed gas professional.
